What an amazing pumpkin! You are very talented. I keep trying to get my husband to try to carve a fancy one like that. But he is traditional and does the triangle eyes and nose.
It was a VERY Blustery Night here for the 'Trick or Treaters'...with a little bit of drizzle rain thrown in...A Night to spend inside by a nice warm fire...
When our girls were young we went all out with the pumpkin carving. My husband started out doing the "art carving" but as the girls got older they started doing some. So I guess you could say it has become a family tradition and a competition of sorts too. This cat-o-lantern was carved by my daughter Kaitlin. Her boyfriend did a very cool grimreaper but my photo didn't do it justice. Thanks to all who have dropped by today. Jackie
All the photos and verbal ramblings, unless stated otherwise, have been shot/written by me. (You only need to click on a photo to enlarge it.) I thank you for stopping by and please do comment if the mood strikes you. I would love to hear from you.
I'm a wife and mother of 3 beautiful daughters ages 19, 20 and 24. Primitives, antiques, nature and photography are some of my life's joys. Meadowsweet is my world in pictures...a creative place that makes me happy. Please enjoy.
that was so cool, I think I would have to do 3-4 of them to get one just right!
